Marcin Jasiak - In-house magazines in Poland: The emergence and role of company magazines in the corporate world

In-house magazines are one of several elements of internal communication in an organisation. This article outlines the way magazines work for employees today and also indicates their range of content. The text, based on research, shows what kind of content, and in what form, is published by the management boards of companies in the newspapers they issue. The description of the currently varied segment of employee magazines should be a starting point for further study of companies’ publications.
