In the paper the author considers relations between Internet and privacy. First part concerns the different meanings of public/private dychotomy and the status and role of the Internet in social life, eg. its influence on communication. The second part analyzes how the Internet can be used to express individual privacy by forms such as: WWW page, blog, chat, discussion group.
